事象
コミュニティ管理権交代依頼画面にて、交代依頼する相手の画像と名前のリンク先がメンバーIDではなく、コミュニティIDになっている

補足
リンクのURLが間違えている
(メンバーIDを指定する箇所が、コミュニティIDを指定している)

環境
OS：Windows XP
サーバー：Apache2.2
DB：MySQL5.0
PHP：PHP5.2.9
OpenPNE：3.2.0 & 3.4.0.1
