 h2. Reporting bugs 

 h3. Writing a diary on the OpenPNE Official SNS 

 If you've already joined OpenPNE Official SNS [ja], all you need to do is writing diary that its title contains "【バグ】" (This is a Japanese word that means "[Bug]") and its body is reporting about the bug. Within a few hours to a few days, our staff check such diaries and register issues on this tracking system for you. 

 h3. Registering an issue on this issue tracking system 

 If you don't have Official SNS account, or you want to report issue by yourself, you can use this tracking system. 

 You need to login to this system for reporting issue yourself. (Registering Account) 

 On reporting, please keep the following rules: 
 * Do search this site to see if your issue has already been reported. 
 * Do write complete, reproducible, specific bug reports. 
 * Don't use the ticket system to ask your question. 
 * Don't use the ticket system to make large-scale feature requests. 
 * DON'T REPORT SECURITY ISSUES TO THE TICKET SYSTEM. Please read the next section.

 Report security issues to security@openpne.jp. This is a private list that is only opened for OpenPNE3 core developers. And its archives are not published.

 If you have any idea that are bringing OpenPNE3 for being better, please give us your idea. 

 h3. Writing a diary on the OpenPNE Official SNS 

 All you need to do is writing diary that its title contains "【要望】" (This is a Japanese word that means "[Feature Request]") and its body is a detail of your idea. Within a few hours to a few days, our staff check such diaries and register issues on this tracking system for you.

 This is same as the way of reporting bug.

 h3. Where should I report regiter issue? 

 If your issue is for OpenPNE3, please report it on http://redmine.openpne.jp/projects/op3. 

 If your issue is for plugin, and plugin creator announced its BTS, please report there. You can't find the BTS, please report it on http://redmine.openpne.jp/projects/op3-plugins. 

 You can't judge your issue is for OpenPNE3 or plugins, please report http://redmine.openpne.jp/projects/op3 or http://redmine.openpne.jp/projects/op3-plugins. Sometimes, the issue will be deal with somehow by core team. Usually, such the issue doesn't take notice, so announcing about your issue on [openpne-dev] is a good idea.
